חוויית קניה נהדרת ושירות מושלם. הגעתי עם שני ילדי לחנות לקנות משקפי VR. המוכר מיכאל הסביר לי ולילדי כל מה שיש לדעת על המכשיר, התקין לנו את האפליקציות בנייד, עדכן תוכנה במשקפיים, יצר לנו משתמש באוקולוס, עשה טרבלשוטינג לכל מיני בעיות רישום שהתעוררו והשקיע כחצי שעה כדי לוודא שהמכשיר מוכן לעבודה ושאנחנו יודעים להשתמש בו. מיכאל היה סבלני מאוד, מקצועי, הפגין ידע רב בתפעול המכשיר, דיבר עם הילדים בגובה העיניים ונתן שירות נהדר. כן ירבו נותני שירות כאלו.

שירות מדהים מהרגע הזמנה עד הספקת מוצר. קניתי מחשב יקר - מוכר שחר היה בקשר במשך כל זמן הרכבה - ענה אל כל השאלות וסיפק את כל הדרישות בזמן הרכבה. קיבלתי מחשב במשלוח מיוחד. וגם מחירים סבירים ביותר! מתכוון להזמין אצלם בעתיד.

אני בדרך כלל לא כותב חוות דעת אבל הפעם באמת שמגיע...
קניתי מסך לא זול בכלל שמותאם ספציפית לסוני 5 acer nitro xv2 הגעתי לבית וקצת הסתבכתי עם ההתקנה... ואז פגשתי את שחף בחור אדיב ונעים שהתייחס אליי כאילו אני אחד החברים הקרובים שלו ליווה אותי בוואטסאפ בשיחות ובתמיכה כמו לילד מפגר עם סובלנות בלי סוף!! אחריי הרבה נסיונות שחף הבין שהמסך לא תקין ולפני שהספקתי להבין שלח אותי לסניף הקרוב אליי להחליף לאחד חדש... עכשיו הכל עובד ואין לקוח מרוצה ממני אז שוב רוצה רק להגיד תודה על שירות ברמה גבוהה הלוואי ויהיו עוד נותני שירות שכאלה

הזמנתי מחנות קינג גיימס חבילת פלייסטיישן 5. הגיעה מהר מאד. בנוסף, בגלל אי הבנה היה חסר פריט מהחבילה, דיברתי עם החנות והם שלחו את הפריט החסר תוך יום. שרות נפלא מ-King-Games - כל הכבוד! ממליץ בחום על קינג גיימס.
